H. Shantha Kottegoda as new\n Defense Secretary while police chief has been sent on compulsory leave \nfollowing Easter Sunday attacks in the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meanwhile, daily \nlife in Colombo and other parts of the country is returning&nbsp; back to \nnormal though security alert of more such attacks remain.
