{"id":60369,"date":"2019-05-01T11:20:06","date_gmt":"2019-05-01T11:20:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blastingskyhawk.com\/?p=60369"},"modified":"2019-05-01T11:20:07","modified_gmt":"2019-05-01T11:20:07","slug":"sebi-bars-nse-from-launching-new-derivative-product-for-next-six-months","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blastingskyhawk.com\/english\/sebi-bars-nse-from-launching-new-derivative-product-for-next-six-months\/","title":{"rendered":"Sebi bars NSE from launching new derivative product for next six months"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Cracking  the whip in the high profile co-location case, markets regulator Sebi  Tuesday restrained National Stock Exchange from introducing any new  derivative product in the next six months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a separate 202-page\n order, the watchdog also directed the bourse to prepare a comprehensive\n documented policy regarding colo facility, including eligibility \ncriteria for telecom service providers and norms to be observed by stock\n brokers and other registered intermediaries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe said \ndocumented policy is directed to be issued to the market intermediaries \nunder intimation to Sebi, within three months from the date of this \norder,\u201d it noted.Further, Sebi has directed NSE \u201cnot to introduce any \nnew derivative product for next six months from the date of this order\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The\n exchange has to submit to Sebi a report duly certified by its MD and \nCEO, along with comments of its governing board, certifying that the \nnetwork architecture and connectivity at its colo facility are in \nconformity with regulatory norms to provide non-discriminatory treatment\n to all the market intermediaries.\n\n<\/p>\n<!-- AddThis Advanced Settings generic via filter on the_content --><!-- AddThis Share Buttons generic via filter on the_content -->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cracking the whip in the high profile co-location case, markets regulator Sebi Tuesday restrained National Stock Exchange from introducing any new derivative product in the next six months.
