Help has been pouring in from various quarters in this time of crisis,  and actor Akshay Kumar has been one of the helping hands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He has \nconsistently proved that he doesn\u2019t restrict his big-heartedness to just\n the heroes he plays on the big screen. In real life too, he has always \nbeen always ready to do his bit. In the latest instance, we have learnt \nthat he has donated Rs 1 crore to the Chief Minister\u2019s Relief Fund for \nthe Odisha cyclone victims. \u201cThis is not new. Akshay has always been \ncontributing for causes, be it his Bharat ke Veer initiative for the \narmed forces, or his contribution to the Kerala Floods or Chennai floods\n earlier,\u201d says an industry source.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Earlier, Akshay had vowed to \ndonate \u20b95 crore through Bharat Ke Veer a fund-raising initiative of the \nUnion Ministry of Home Affairs.
