{"id":60805,"date":"2019-05-07T11:51:38","date_gmt":"2019-05-07T11:51:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blastingskyhawk.com\/?p=60805"},"modified":"2019-05-07T11:51:39","modified_gmt":"2019-05-07T11:51:39","slug":"rupee-rises-4-paise-to-69-36-vs-usd-in-early-trade","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blastingskyhawk.com\/english\/rupee-rises-4-paise-to-69-36-vs-usd-in-early-trade\/","title":{"rendered":"Rupee rises 4 paise to 69.36 vs USD in early trade"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The rupee  appreciated by 4 paise to 69.36 against the US dollar in opening trade  on Tuesday, driven by weakening of the greenback and positive opening in  domestic equities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the interbank foreign exchange market, the\n domestic unit opened at 69.40 against the dollar, then gained momentum \nand touched 69.36, up 4 paise over its previous close.The rupee had \nsettled at 69.40 against the US dollar on Monday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The local unit,\n however, pared some gains and was quoted at 69.38 against the American \ncurrency at 0933 hours.Forex dealers said selling of the American \ncurrency by exporters, easing crude prices and positive opening in \ndomestic equities supported the rupee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the other hand, foreign\n fund outflows restricted the rupee up-move.Foreign institutional \ninvestors remained net sellers in the capital markets, pulling out Rs \n948.98 crore on Monday, as per the provisional data.Brent crude futures,\n the global oil benchmark, fell 0.20 per cent to USD 71.10 per barrel.\n\n<\/p>\n<!-- AddThis Advanced Settings generic via filter on the_content --><!-- AddThis Share Buttons generic via filter on the_content -->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The rupee appreciated by 4 paise to 69.36 against the US dollar in opening trade on Tuesday, driven by weakening of the greenback and positive opening in domestic equities.
