Karti had moved the SC for \npermission to travel to the US, Germany and Spain for international \ntennis tournaments organised by \u2018Totus Tennis Ltd\u2019. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Bench led \nby CJI Ranjan Gogoi allowed his plea as Solicitor General Tushar Mehta, \nrepresenting the CBI and the ED, did not oppose it. It said the \nconditions imposed earlier on Karti for permitting him to travel abroad \nwould remain the same and he will have to deposit Rs 10 crore as \nsecurity with the SC Secretary General.
