Karuna Raju said that as per \nthe guidelines of the ECI, the sale of liquor will be prohibited in the \nstate of Punjab 48 hours prior to the polling day and ending with the \nhour fixed for conclusion of poll i.e. 6 PM on May 19, 2019. Similarly, \nthe prohibition of sale of liquor in 3 KMS of adjoining areas of \nneighbouring states will also be ensured through concerned departments \nof those states.
