Cricket legend Allan Border has handpicked Virat Kohli, Eoin Morgan and Aaron Finch as the three skippers to watch out for in the ICC ODI World Cup, starting May 30 in the United Kingdom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Border, who led Australia to World Cup triumph in 1987, said Kohli\u2019s aggressive and \u201cin-your-face\u201d style of captaincy makes him a different kind of a leader than Morgan and Finch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cVirat Kohli, I think he\u2019s a different type of captain. He\u2019s a bit more of a boisterous-type player and wears his heart on his sleeve,\u201d Border told cricket.com.au.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cSo the players know if they\u2019ve stuffed up because he\u2019s one of those really in-your-face-type skippers.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Border, who captained Australia in 178 ODIs, however refused to rank the trio in any order but is mighty impressed with Morgan under whose leadership England have reached the pinnacle of ODI cricket. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cEngland, I think they\u2019re doing exceptionally well. They\u2019ve brought a different game plan to the table which is going to be interesting to see how it pans out in the World Cup. They\u2019re a dangerous side because of it and you know as the bowling group you\u2019re under pressure,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThe way it looks to me, they might drop the odd game but they\u2019re going to win enough games to get through to the semi-finals and that\u2019s what it\u2019s all about.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThat game plan under Trevor Bayliss as coach and Eoin Morgan, I think he\u2019s a seriously good one-day cricketer, and he\u2019s as good a captain as there is going around.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tactically he\u2019s very good and their game plan at the moment is a dangerous game plan to play against.\u201dThe 63-year-old former left-handed batsman was also impressed with compatriot Finch\u2019s leadership qualities, especially under difficult circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
