{"id":64075,"date":"2019-06-20T11:03:59","date_gmt":"2019-06-20T11:03:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blastingskyhawk.com\/?p=64075"},"modified":"2019-06-20T11:04:00","modified_gmt":"2019-06-20T11:04:00","slug":"jet-airways-pilots-engineers-dutch-vendors-move-nclt","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blastingskyhawk.com\/english\/jet-airways-pilots-engineers-dutch-vendors-move-nclt\/","title":{"rendered":"Jet Airways pilots, engineers, Dutch vendors move NCLT"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The pilots and engineers unions of Jet Airways and two Dutch logistics vendors to the grounded airline today moved the NCLT seeking them to be made parties to the bankruptcy hearings, which the tribunal will begin from Thursday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The consortium of 26 bankers led by SBI had filed for bankruptcy yesterday at the Mumbai Bench of the National Company Law Tribunal, seeking to recover over Rs 8,500 crore of their funds from the airline that was formally grounded on April 17.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While the pilots and engineers unions want to be made party to the case, the representatives of two Dutch firms want the tribunal\u2019s nod to make an intervention petition.
