According to a senior government official, Jamil Ahmed, hospitals declared an emergency and were receiving casualties from the collision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prime Minister Imran Khan quickly ordered authorities to provide best possible medical care to the victims.
