She said that the aim of the Budget is to propel India to become a 5 Trillion dollar economy by 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finance Minister said that the Budget reflects the firm commitment of the government to boost investment in agriculture and social sector particularly healthcare. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Budget boosts investments without compromising on fiscal consolidation roadmap. She said the Centre&#8217;s net tax revenue stood at Rs 16.49 lakh crore in 2019-20, up 11.13 % over previous year. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nirmala Sitharaman said every projection of revenue and expense in Budget 2019-20 is realistic and adequately provided for.
