A lookout circular was issued against him by both SIT and ED. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Earlier, ED had filed a case of money laundering against IMA Jewels in an alleged ponzi scam in Karnataka. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As many as 26 thousand complaints have been filed by the investors with the police against the IMA jewels&#8217; store. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mansoor Khan who is accused of duping over 45,000 investors has been on the run since June 7.On Monday, he had released a video announcing his return to India in 24 hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Calling his decision to leave the country \u201ca big mistake,\u201d Khan had said that he wants to surrender and be a part of the investigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mansoor Khan had also cited medical illness as one of the reasons to come back to India.
