{"id":66515,"date":"2019-07-23T12:04:33","date_gmt":"2019-07-23T12:04:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blastingskyhawk.com\/?p=66515"},"modified":"2019-07-23T12:04:34","modified_gmt":"2019-07-23T12:04:34","slug":"us-sanctions-chinese-oil-trader-for-violating-iran-restrictions","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blastingskyhawk.com\/english\/us-sanctions-chinese-oil-trader-for-violating-iran-restrictions\/","title":{"rendered":"US sanctions Chinese oil trader for violating Iran restrictions"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The United States is placing a leading Chinese oil importer on its sanctions blacklist for trading in Iranian crude, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo announced Monday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cAs part of that maximum pressure campaign, I am announcing that the United States is imposing sanctions on the Chinese entity Zhuhai Zhenrong and its chief executive Youmin Li,\u201d Pompeo said in a speech.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The announcement was the latest step by Washington to ratchet up economic pressure on Tehran over its alleged military activities in the Middle East and its nuclear program by taking aim at business partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe\u2019ve said all along that any sanction will indeed be enforced. We can\u2019t tolerate more money going to ayatollahs, putting American soldiers, sailors, airmen, marines, putting their lives at risk.
