Minister was unharmed.Inspector General of Police Javed Patwary and Dhaka city Police Commissioner Asaduzzaman Mia visited the site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The IGP told media that it was an improvised explosive device .
