Gautam had filed her nomination from Sardarpur, a seat considered Gehlot\u2019s and which he eventually won, as a candidate from Bhartiya Yuva Shakti Party.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In her petition filed on January 24, 2019, Gautam claimed that Gehlot\u2019s promises of farm loan waivers, also mentioned in the Congress party\u2019s election manifesto, would amount to \u201callurement\u201d and was illegal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThis is the greatest corrupt practice as it amounts to a corruption and giving rise allurement to the voters, which is illegal.
