{"id":79613,"date":"2020-02-06T11:02:54","date_gmt":"2020-02-06T11:02:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blastingskyhawk.com\/?p=79613"},"modified":"2020-02-06T11:02:55","modified_gmt":"2020-02-06T11:02:55","slug":"bjp-mps-jibe-at-delhis-shaheen-bagh-protesters","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blastingskyhawk.com\/english\/bjp-mps-jibe-at-delhis-shaheen-bagh-protesters\/","title":{"rendered":"BJP MP\u2019s jibe at Delhi\u2019s Shaheen Bagh protesters"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>BJP MP Tejasvi Surya went back into history to impress upon the \u201cmajority community\u201d to remain vigilant or the \u201cMughal rule\u201d will return to the country as he took aim at anti-citzenship law protesters at Delhi\u2019s Shaheen Bagh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWhat is happening today in Delhi\u2019s Shaheen Bagh is a stark reminder that if the majority of this country is not vigilant, the patriotic Indians do not stand up to this, the days of Mughal Raj coming back to Delhi are not far away,\u201d said Tejasvi Surya, participating in the debate on Motion of Thanks on the President\u2019s Address in Lok Sabha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The CAA, he said, was aimed at resolving the issues emanating from Partition and added, \u201cThe new India cannot to built without healing the wounds of the past.\u201d He said that the CAA was about giving citizenship to persecuted minorities in Pakistan, Bangaladesh and Afghanistan and not for taking away anyone\u2019s citizenship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hundreds of people, mostly women and children, have been protesting since December 15 at Shaheen Bagh against the CAA and possibility of NRC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under the leadership of Modi, Surya said, several issues of the past have seen closure.
