He recalled how this year\u2019s African Union theme was in sync with Prime Minister Narendra Modi\u2019s SAGAR vision for the India Pacific region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSpurred by Prime Minister\u2019s SAGAR vision, India in recent years has enhanced maritime cooperation with the Indian Ocean littoral states in Africa.
