He also allegedly tortured her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seeking report on February 13, 2020, Chairperson of Punjab State Women Commission Mrs. Manisha Gulati said that the matter had come to her notice through media reports and she has ordered the Senior Superintendent of Police of Bathinda to appoint S.P.
