Ltd:<\/p>\n<p>Cr\u00e8me Brulee<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients<\/p>\n<p>Milk 200 ml<br \/>\nCream 1 litre<br \/>\nSugar 200 gm<br \/>\nVanilla pod 1 no\u2019s<br \/>\nEgg Yolks 200 gm<br \/>\nMixed berry\u2019s for garnish<\/p>\n<p>Method:<br \/>\nHeat milk, cream, and sugar and vanilla together, not boil but just mixed well.<br \/>\nTake it off the flame, and add in the yolks and whisk carefully.<br \/>\nStrain once.<br \/>\nPour into ramekins and bake in bain marie<br \/>\nSprinkle brown sugar and torch the Brulee<\/p>\n<p>Ghevar<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients<br \/>\n3 cups flour<br \/>\n1 cup ghee, solidified<br \/>\n3-4 ice cubes<br \/>\n4 cups water<br \/>\n1\/2 cup milk<br \/>\n1 kg ghee for deep frying<\/p>\n<p>For the syrup<\/p>\n<p>1 and 1\/2 cups sugar<br \/>\n1 cup water<\/p>\n<p>For topping<br \/>\n1 tsp powdered cardamom<br \/>\n1 Tbsp. chopped almonds &amp; pistachios<br \/>\n1 Tbsp. milk in which 1\/2 tsp saffron has been rubbed in silver foil<\/p>\n<p>Method<\/p>\n<p>Prepare sugar syrup of 1 thread consistency. Take solidified ghee in a large wide<br \/>\nbowl.<\/p>\n<p>Add milk, flour and a cup of water. Mix to make smooth batter.<\/p>\n<p>Add more water if required. Batter should be fairly thin (it should run off easily when poured from a spoon).<\/p>\n<p>Take an aluminum or steel cylindrical container (do not use lid).<br \/>\nThe height should be at least 12\u2033 and diameter 5-6\u2033. Fill the container half with ghee. Heat it.<\/p>\n<p>When the ghee is smoky hot, take a 50 ml glass full of batter. Pour in center of ghee, slowly in one continuous threadlike stream. Allow foam to settle.<br \/>\nPour one more glassful in the hole formed in center.<\/p>\n<p>When foam settles again, loosen ghevar with an iron skewer inserted in hole. Lift<br \/>\ncarefully, at a slant, and place on wire mesh to drain. Keep the hot syrup in a<br \/>\nWide flat bottomed container to fit in ghevar.<\/p>\n<p>Dip ghevar in it, and remove, keep aside on mesh to drain excess syrup.<br \/>\nAlternatively, pour some syrup evenly all over, keeping ghevar in a mesh placed over<br \/>\na container. Cool a little, top with silver foil.<\/p>\n<p>Splash a few drops of saffron milk, sprinkle some chopped dry fruit and a few<br \/>\npinches of cardamom powder. Serve. One may also serve ghevar with rabri prepared<br \/>\nin advance.<\/p>\n<p>Moroccan Veg Skewers<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<p>2 tbsp Roasted Gram Flour<br \/>\n90 g (6 tbsp) Dr. Oetker FunFoods Garlic Mayonnaise<br \/>\n1 tsp Red Chilli Powder<br \/>\n\u00bc tsp Cinnamon Powder<br \/>\nSalt<br \/>\n1 Large Onion, diced<br \/>\n\u00bc each Red, Yellow and Green Bell-Pepper, diced<br \/>\n3-4 Broccoli Florets, boiled<br \/>\n2-3 Mint Leaves, chopped<br \/>\n2 tbsp Olive Oil<\/p>\n<p>Method:<br \/>\nFor Marination: In a bowl, add gram flour, 3 tbsp mayonnaise, chilli powder, cinnamon powder and salt. Mix well.<br \/>\nIn above marination add onion, bell peppers and broccoli. Mix well. Place vegetables one after another in skewers and keep in refrigerator for 30 minutes.<br \/>\nFor sauce: In a bowl add remaining mayonnaise and mint. Mix well. Heat oil in a non-stick pan (medium flame) and grill skewers from both sides until light brown in colour. Serve skewers with sauce.<\/p>\n<p>Mini Pizzas<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<br \/>\nFor Chilli and Cheese Pizza<br \/>\n1 Green chilli, chopped<br \/>\n\u00bd medium Onion, chopped<br \/>\n\u00bc tsp Red Chilli Flakes<br \/>\n\u00bc Green Capsicum, chopped<br \/>\nSalt<br \/>\n1 tbsp Dr. Oetker FunFoods Pizza Topping<br \/>\n1 Mini Pizza Base<br \/>\n50 g Mozzarella Cheese, grated<br \/>\nFor Paneer and Olive Pizza<br \/>\n50 g Paneer, chopped<br \/>\n2-3 Black Olives, chopped<br \/>\nBlack Pepper Powder<br \/>\nSalt<br \/>\n1 tbsp Dr. Oetker FunFoods Pizza Topping<br \/>\n1 Mini Pizza Base<br \/>\n50 g Mozzarella Cheese, chopped<br \/>\nFor Corn and Jalapeno Pizza<br \/>\n2 tbsp (30 g) Sweet Corn Kernels<br \/>\n1-2 Jalapenos, chopped<br \/>\n1 tbsp Dr. Oetker FunFoods Pizza Topping<br \/>\n1 Mini Pizza Base<br \/>\n50 g Mozzarella Cheese, chopped<\/p>\n<!-- AddThis Advanced Settings generic via filter on the_content --><!-- AddThis Share Buttons generic via filter on the_content -->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Prepare some sweets and snacks at home using recipes dolled out by chefs and indulge yourself and your family members, suggest experts.
