A Sonepat court had recently awarded life imprisonment to Tunda in the 1996 Sonepat bomb blasts case.<\/p>\n<p>Joginder, a resident of Jind, attacked Tunda, but security personnel present immediately overpowered him. Joginder had also attacked Tunda in Karnal jail on November 30 last year.<\/p>\n<p>A Panipat court had last year sent Tunda to Karnal jail where Joginder and Amandeep of Panipat tried to strangulate him.<\/p>\n<p>Tunda today appeared in the court of Dr Chander Hass, Additional District and Sessions Judge, in a hearing in the same court.
