The blast was so intense that the roof of the mill was blown off.<\/p>\n<p>The injured were admitted to hospital in Hisar while four others seriously injured were taken to the PGIMS, Rohtak. Deputy Superintendent of Police Jaipal Singh said that fire tenders were called from adjoining towns to douse the flames.<\/p>\n<p>Minister of State for Cooperation Manish Grover visited the hospital to meet the injured workers and also directed the local administration to form a committee to oversee their treatment.<\/p>\n<p>The police have registered an FIR against the owner and the manager of the oil mill under Sections 336, 338 (causing hurt by act endangering life or personal safety of others) and 287b (negligent conduct with respect to machinery) of the IPC.
