Payments worth Rs. 18515.46 crore made

The Government agencies and private millers have procured 130.34 LMT of Paddy in Punjab till November 8 while payment worth Rs. 18515.46 crore has been transferred to the accounts of arthias/farmers by the government.

Disclosing this here today, an official spokesman of the Government of Punjab informed that out of the total procurement from various procurement centres in the State, the Government agencies procured approximately 129.50 LMT of paddy while 84405 MT has been procured by the millers.
