Mutahida Majlis-e-Ulema patron and chairman, All Parties Hurriyat Conference, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq said the Almighty Allah had sent Prophet Mohammad (SAW) as a role model for the humanity. He said the prophet had taught peace, harmony, brotherhood, respect for the humanity, forgiveness and justice.

In connection with the Eid-e-Milad celebrations, Mirwaiz addressed a huge congregation at Jamia Masjid in Srinagar.

“Allah Almighty sent the Prophet (PBUH) as a benefaction for all worlds and his life has been termed as a true manifestation of the Quran, having complete guidance and the right way for the Muslims,” he said.

“The way of life of the Prophet (PBUH) is a beacon of light for the whole humanity. Prophet Mohammad (SAW) didn’t only show us how to get closer to Almighty Allah but also guided us in every sphere of life, be it political social or economic,” he said.
