Bathinda coldest at 2.7 degree as frosty wave proceeds in Punjab
Bathinda, Dec 17: The serious cool wave clearing Punjab and Haryana proceeded with unabated, with Bathinda today reeling at the very least temperature of 2.7 degrees Celsius.
