Dhumal has been HP Chief Minister twice

Hamirpur: BJP’s CM candidate in Himachal Pradesh Prem Kumar Dhumal has lost Sujanpur seat.
He was defeated by Rajinder Rana of Congress who is said to be protege of Dhumal.
Talking to mediapersons at Hamirpur where counting was done, Dhumal accepted his defeat.
Dhumal has been two-time Chief Minister of the hill state.
Unofficially, he lost by over 3500 votes.
