Ravi Sidhu got rigorous punishment of seven years, fine of Rs. 75 lakh
SAS Nagar, January 15 : Ravi Sidhu, ex chairman of PPSC has been sentenced for seven years today by Mohali court. He has also been fined for Rs. 75 lakh. If he fails to pay the fine he would have to remain in prison for one more year.
It is pertinent to mention here that Ravi Sidhu was nabbed by the vigilance for providing jobs for cash. The case was on trial in Mohali court and today in its verdict, the court announced rigorous punishment of seven years and Rs. 75 lakh fine has also been imposed upon him.
