Ravi Teja to play triple role in next film with Sreenu Vaitla
Actor Ravi Teja and director Sreenu Vaitla, known for delivering blockbusters such as Venky and Dubai Seenu, are all set to reunite for the third time for a project tentatively titled Amar Akbar Anthony. In a media interaction in Hyderabad earlier this week, Ravi confirmed teaming up with Vaitla; however, he didn’t comment on the genre of the film or his role.
The industry grapevine is that Ravi is playing a triple role in the film, which is mostly likely going to be entirely shot in the US. Currently shooting for Kalyan Krishna’s Nela Ticket, Ravi is expected to commence work on Vaitla’s film from April. In March, Vaitla will travel to USA and finalise the locations. Mythri Movie Makers will be bankrolling the project.
Last seen playing a blind character in last year’s runaway hit, Raja The Great, actor Ravi Teja is awaiting the release of this week’s action entertainer Touch Chesi Chudu, in which he plays a techno cop. According to director Vikram Sirikonda, Ravi Teja takes the help of modern technology to solve crimes in Touch Chesi Chudu, which has music by Pritam’s Jam 8. Raashi Khanna and Seerat Kapoor are playing the leading ladies. The film has been produced by Nallamalupu Bujji and Vallabhaneni Vamsi.
