LUDHIANA,
A one-day workshop on “Training and Planning” was organized at Punjab Agricultural University (PAU). Representatives of Krishi Vigyan Kendras from Jalandhar, Ludhiana, Sangrur, Amritsar, Bathinda, Faridkot, Fatehgarh Sahib, Ferozepur, Gurdaspur, Hoshiapur, Kapurthala, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar, Mansa, Moga, Muktsar, Pathankot, Patiala and Ropar gave presentations on annual training programmes.

Dr J.S. Mahal, Director of Extension Education, while welcoming the scientists, urged the Krishi Vigyan kendras to conduct training programmes as per the need of the farmers, farm women and rural youth.Dr D.S. Bhatti, Additional Director of Extension Education, proposed a vote of thanks.
