Investors, tourists should explore J&K’s hospitality: Chaya

Jammu
Welcoming investors and tourists to explore the hospitality of state’s people, PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PHDCCI-Kashmir) chairman Mushtaq Ahmed Chaya has said Jammu and Kashmir presents a perfect environment and opportunities for business.

Chaya was speaking at the Ambassadors’ Meet in New Delhi on theme of ‘Kashmir-The Way Forward.’

“We believe that the deliberations in the conclave will create a positive way forward for initiatives relating to peace and economic development in J&K. On behalf of the PHD Chamber’s J&K committee, we are grateful to all concerned for their shared vision of all-round development in the state,” said Chaya, a well-known hotelier of Kashmir.

He said a progressive global platform, such as the Ambassadors’ Meet, was truly inspiring for the international community to count J&K, as one of the favourite destinations in India for tourism, education, textiles, handicraft, horticulture and floriculture.

“My sincere thanks to our central leadership, J&K Government delegation, Central government officers, members of industry, diplomatic community and the media for converging here for the event,” he said.

Chaya appreciated the initiative and efforts being made by PHD Chamber president Anil Khaitan to bring in more government-industry interface.
