Sadhotra: Govt has created atmosphere of mistrust
Jammu,
Senior National Conference leader Ajay Sadhotra has said the PDP-BJP government has created an atmosphere of mistrust and hatred among the different regions and religions of the state.
Addressing a public meeting at the Ranjitpur area of the Marh constituency, Sadhotra said the state, having a tradition of brotherhood, was sliding towards a collapse of humanity due to the wrong policies and vested interests of the PDP-BJP government.
The gap between the regions and religions was widening and the coalition had failed to fulfil the genuine aspirations of the people of Jammu and Kashmir, he said.
The NC leader said people were having an unprecedented sense of insecurity, uncertainty and fear due to petty political interests of the ruling parties and total misgovernance. “Seeds of hate, communal divide and polarisation will lead to further weakening of the state. J&K is a very sensitive state that has been seeing turbulence and turmoil for the past 30 years,” Sadhotra said. He said for the sake of vote bank politics, the PDP-BJP government was dividing the communities and regions.
