Bollywood star Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, who will soon be seen in Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra’s Fanne Khan, was spotted shooting in Mumbai on Wednesday. Aishwarya was seen exiting the sets of a shoot; she looked gorgeous in a black dress paired with boots. She left her hair flowing in plain waves.

It is not clear if she was indeed shooting for Fanne Khan, which is her next release after Karan Johar’s Ae Dil Hai Mushkil. Earlier, the first look of Aishwarya Rai’s character from Fanne Khan was revealed on Twitter with film’s producer KriArj Entertainment writing, “There are divas and then there is #AishwaryaRaiBachchan… our shining star!”

Meanwhile, pictures from the sets of Fanne Khan doing rounds online revealed the shooting has been wrapped. Filmmaker Mehra, actors Rajkummar Rao and Anil Kapoor can be seen in the picture. The film is directed by Atul Manjrekar.

Fanne Khan is reportedly a remake of the Dutch movie, Everybody’s Famous. The film starred Josse De Pauw, Eva Van Der Gucht and Thekla Reuten. It was nominated for the Best Foreign Language Film Oscar in 2001.

The teaser of Fanne Khan is also likely to be attached with Ranbir Kapoor-starrer Sanju, which hits theatres on June 29.
