Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh is on a two day visit to Kashmir. He is scheduled to arrive in the afternoon on Wednesday and will have few meetings in Srinagar.

During his stay, Rajnath Singh is likely to pay obeisance at the Amarnath shrine. He will also chair a security review meeting in Srinagar. This will be Home Minister’s first visit to the state following the collapse of PDP-BJP coalition government and imposition of Governor’s rule.

National Security Advisor Ajit Doval will also visit the state along with the Home Minister.
