As the health of former prime minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee worsened, Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu and BJP chief Amit Shah were among those who visited All India Institute of Medical Sciences here on Thursday.

Vajpayee has been put on life support after his condition deteriorated drastically on Wednesday.

Doctors treating the 93-year-old BJP leader continue to remain tight-lipped about his condition. Senior leaders, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, visited him on Wednesday.
