Condemning the attack, Home minister Rajnath Singh said that the dastardly attack on CRPF in Pulwama in Jammu and Kashmir is extremely painful and disturbing.

Home Minister also paid tributes to CRPF jawan who sacrificed their lives in service to the nation. He also assured that country will act tough on those who are trying to destroy the peace in the region.

The Home Minister will be visiting Srinagar on Friday to take stock of the situation in the wake of the terrorist attack on the CRPF convoy.

He will hold review meetings with senior security and police officials to make ground level assessment and review further operational actions.
