The Chief Electoral Officer Dr. S Karuna Raju today deffered Punjab Government’s proposal to conduct monthly Mahatma Gandhi Sarbat Vikas Yojna (MGSVY) camps till the enforcement of Model Code of Conduct in the state.

Disclosing this here today a spokesperson of office of Chief Electoral Officer, said that this decision had been taken in view of model code of conduct and there would be no camps under MGSVY till completion of Lok Sabha election 2019.
