The Punjab Government on Tuesday declared holiday for the second half in its all Offices, Educational Institutions, Corporations and Boards across the State and at Chandigarh as a mark of respect to former Minister Master Hamir Singh Ghagga, who passed away on April 22. An official spokesman disclosed this here today.
