Abhishek Verma became the latest Indian shooter to secure Olympic quota as he won the gold medal in the 10m Air Pistol even at the ongoing ISSF World Cup in Beijing on Saturday.

The 29-year-old dominated the competition and was able to clinch the top spot with a total score of 242.7.This is India’s fifth Tokyo 2020 quota in shooting and the second in 10m air pistol after Saurabh Chaudhary clinched the first in New Delhi.

The other shooters who have secured their Olympic berth till now are Anjum Moudgil and Apurvi Chandela , and Divyansh Singh Panwar.
