The Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee SGPC has taken a serious notice of initiation of proceedings for ‘Copy Right’ of word ‘Nirankari’ by Nirankari Mission a spiritual organization based at Delhi.

After coming on surface of this issue through media, SGPC President Bhai Gobind Singh Longowal has termed this as a cheap move by Nirankari Mission, to hurt the sentiments of Sikhs. It could not be tolerated at any cost that any individual should seek for ‘copy right’ of any word of Gurbani.

Bhai Longowal said “Every word of Gurbani is an order from Almight, for all those attached with Guru Nanak,  settled in whole of the word besides the Sikh Sangat and people are trying to play intentionally with the sentiments of the Sikhs.  He said, Sangat in belief of Shabad-Guru can never tolerate  this.   He also appealed to the Sangat devotees, to remain alert from such forces who are creating a division among the humanity.
