Disclosing this here today, the Chief Electoral Officer, Punjab Dr. S. Karuna Raju said that news and pictures of Gursewak Singh taking part in the election related programme of Shiromani Akali Dal in the presence of Sukhbir Badal, had been published in newspapers, which is gross violation of the MCC.
