CAPT AMARINDER GREETS PEOPLE ON CHRISTMAS WITH CALL TO DISCARD INTOLERANCE & HATRED

Chandigarh
Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh has extended Christmas greetings to the people with a call to celebrate the festive occasion in the spirit of amity and communal harmony, that is the bedrock of India’s Constitutional charter.

The Chief Minister, in his Christmas eve message, exhorted the people to pledge themselves to unity and brotherhood, rising above intolerance and communal hatred.

The ideology of peace, love and compassion, propagated by Lord Jesus Christ, has become more relevant today, amid the growing lack of tolerance witnessed around the world, said the Chief Minister, underlining the need for one and all to rededicate themselves to the Lord’s philosophy.
