HRD Minister said that he is distressed over involvement of JNU students in violence as pointed out in Delhi Police’s preliminary probe.

The HRD Minister in a series of tweets said that Involvement of JNU students in the violence as pointed out in Delhi Police’s probe is unfortunate. He further said that Universities will not be allowed to become hub of violence and politics.

He also appealed to the students, prevented from registration, and also rest of the students, to register themselves immediately so that educational activities could be streamlined and university’s dignity could be maintained.
