Aryans Group of Colleges, Rajpura, Near Chandigarh today celebrated Basant Panchmi with full vivacity and festivity at its campus. The College was decorated with yellow rangoli. Staff and Students wore yellow cloth and Yellow sweets were also distributed among all present. The students showcased the vibrant tradition of Punjab depicting the spirit of inner freedom, creative pride and zest for life.

It is to be mentioned that according to the Hindu calendar, Basant Panchami festival falls on the fifth day (Panchami) of the Hindu month of Magha. The festival is usually considered to mark the onset of spring in India.
