SAS Nagar,  Oct 18 : Owner of Saral Hotel Phase 20, SAS Nagar Nirankar Singh today killed his wife near Manav Mangal School Phase 10. He was going to PGI with his wife in the car when the two had some heated exchange of words after which Nirankar Singh took out his pistol and shot six bullets on his wife. She died on the spot. Nirankar Singh stood outside the car and waited for the police. He was arrested by Phase 12 police and taken to the police station. SSP Mohali reached at the crime spot and took note of the situation. Investigation is on.
