Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti on Friday congratulated Gaurav Gupta, secretary, Chamber of Commerce & Industry (CCI), for becoming the first barefoot runner from Jammu and Kashmir to complete a 45.09-km marathon.

She appreciated his efforts that brought laurels to the state. Gaurav Gupta informed the Chief Minister that he ran 45.09 km from Jammu to Katra and dedicated hir initiative for the J&K Police, paramilitary forces, Army martyrs who sacrificed their lives defending the country and their families.
