The ruling BJP and Congress today sparred over the larger role of arrested Jammu and Kashmir cop Davinder Singh with the opposition party demanding a probe into whether Singh had any role in the February 14 Pulwama attack that killed 42 CRPF personnel.

After Congress chief spokesman Randeep Surjewala asked where was Davinder Singh posted at the time of the Pulwama attack and from where did the RDX for the attack came, the BJP hit back accusing the Congress of speaking Pakistan’s language.

BJP spokesman Sambit Patra said, “The Congress is once again speaking in the language of Pakistan. Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan, as in the past, will now prepare one more dossier with the statement of Congress leaders and Rahul Gandhi featuring prominently.”
