Pat Cummins becomes the most expensive overseas player signing in IPL history; Kolkata Knight Riders picks up the top-ranked Test bowler for a whopping Rs 15.50 crore.The signing amount was a full crore more than what Rising Pune Supergiant spent on Ben Stokes in IPL 2017.
