Delhi HC likely to hear disqualified AAP MLAs plea
The Delhi high court is likely to hear disqualified Aam Aadmi Party MLAs plea against their disqualification on the ground of holding “office of profit”.
On 20th January, President Ram Nath Kovind had given his assent to Election Commission’s “final order”, which amounted to holding an office of profit.
EC had recommended disqualification of 20 AAP MLAs for holding the post of parliament secretaries.
