The Institute of Research Engineers and Doctors (IRED), USA is conducting “Eighth International Conference on Advances in Applied Science and Environmental Engineering – ASEE 2018. ” The conference will be held during 03-04 February, 2018 at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Research Paper is based on IT initiative of the department that will enhance the efficiency and accountability of the functionaries and will also helpful in combating corruption and other unfair practices. ‘Panchayat Fund Window’ has been created to facilitate the real time monitoring on the transactions made or funds withdrawn from the banks by all the Zila Parishads, Block Samitis and Gram Panchayats. Near about 80+ participants from 30+ countries will be participating in this Conference. The Research Article will be published in International Journals, Seek Digital Library and Google Scholar.
