Final Arguments:: CBI Court Hearing The Cases Of Killings Of Journalist Ram Chander Chhatrapati And Former Dera manager Ranjit Singh.
Last contentions in the two murder cases naming imprisoned Dera Sacha Sauda boss Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh started in an special CBI court on Saturday with his previous driver documenting an application to record a new explanation against him.
The disrespected religion pioneer, who is held up in Rohtak’s Sunaria imprison on charges of assault, showed up by means of video-conferencing. He has been named as the fundamental backstabber in the cases.

The CBI court is hearing the instances of killings of writer Ram Chander Chhatrapati and previous Dera supervisor Ranjit Singh.
Chhatrapati was shot at in October 2002 after a daily paper possessed by him, ‘Poora Sach,’ distributed a mysterious letter describing how ladies were in effect sexually abused by the organization head at the Dera home office.
Ranjit was professedly shot dead in July 2002.
As per the indictment, he was killed for his speculated part in circling the unknown letter which made the affirmations of sexual abuse.
In February 2011, Mr. Khatta had told the court that Ram Rahim had not requested to execute anybody and had no part to play in Ranjit’s murder. The CBI judge allowed authorization for video-conferencing on September 15 after Panchkula DCP Manbir Singh moved an application, fighting that they can’t bring the Dera boss face to face because of lawfulness issue.
Contingents of paramilitary troops and the Haryana Police have been sent in Panchkula as security game plans were fixed in front of the hearing.
On August 25, after the CBI court indicted Ram Rahim for assaulting two of his female devotees, viciousness ejected in Panchkula and Sirsa in which 41 individuals passed on. The court condemned him to 20 years in jail on August 28.
