Former Haryana minister Om Prakash Jain breathed his last at a private hospital on Monday morning. The Congress minister reportedly died to Covid-19 infection and lung infection.The news of his demise was shared on Twitter by Congress spokeperson Randeep Singh Surjewala.

“I’m in deep shock to learn about the demise of former Haryana minister Om Prakash Jain. I’m grateful to have got the opportunity to work with him” wrote Surjewala on his official Twitter handle.“He was known for his polite nature. May his soul Rest in Peace,” he added
