External Affairs Ministry has released the details of the NSA level talks held between National Security Advisor Ajit Doval and his Pakistani counterpart Lt Gen Nasser Khan Janjua last month in Thailand.

The spokesperson of the Ministry of External Affairs Raveesh Kumar told reporters that that the focus of the operational-level talks was cross-border terror and ways to ensure the elimination of terrorism from the region.

He, however, made it clear that this should not be construed as dilution of India’s position that talks and terror cannot go together.
